Front Modernisation in Wymondham
At the front of the property in Wymondham, Norfolk, we had a complete excavation of the old driveway where we then corrected the drainage and concrete capped the drains so as not to affect the new driveway. We then ran data and power cables to the garage for the lights and automatic gates.
Next, we dug footings for the entrance walls and installed footing for the sliding gate rails. Once all was completed we then installed 350mm of type 1 x permeable sub base and then laid these beautiful Marshalls block pavers with a double charcoal boarder.

Back Modernization
At the rear of the property we installed footings and then blocked up a large retaining wall which later was rendered to give a sleek look. We also installed lights controlled by your phone.
We also installed a very large smoke grey porcelain patio on a two tier level which had drainage channels run along the wall and a black porcelain boarder to give it some contrast.
