Here we have an exciting pool refurbishment project that we recently completed in the picturesque area of Heathersett. The transformation began with the meticulous removal of the existing ground, allowing us to address and resolve drainage issues that had plagued the original setup. The outdated drainage system was replaced with a modern and efficient solution that included the installation of a new sump and pump tank, alongside new drainage pipes. We also carefully removed several redundant chambers to streamline the system and improve water flow.
Following the groundwork, we installed a high-quality membrane and a Type 1 sub-base, creating a solid foundation for the next phase of the project. The grand final touch involved laying down stunning porcelain tiles that were not only visually appealing but also designed for durability and safety. Each piece of porcelain was hand-cut and bull-nosed around the pool's perimeter, resulting in a beautifully finished surround that enhances the aesthetic of the pool while ensuring a safe environment for all swimmers.
To further complement the pool area, we also installed a new gate and fencing made from a combination of metal and composite materials. This stylish yet secure barrier provides an elegant entryway to the pool, ensuring safety and peace of mind for families while contributing to the overall beauty of the outdoor space. This project has truly transformed the pool area into a luxurious oasis perfect for relaxation and entertainment.
