Working on two modern new-build bungalows in Hingham for Peerless Properties, the team delivered a full landscaping package across both plots. Around 240m2 of Kandala grey porcelain paving was laid and finished with natural slate edgings, set over a Type 1 sub-base with ground levels brought up to height. Roughly 80 tons of topsoil was spread to create the base for new turf, and a variety of trees and plants were added across the gardens. At both garage entrances, block paving was installed to complete the access areas.
The result is crisp and contemporary: smooth grey porcelain terraces edged in dark slate sit against the black-clad bungalows, framed by generous wraparound lawns. Fresh turf runs to the timber boundary fencing, and a young feature tree anchors the open space.
